The apartments are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to settle your outstanding bill the day before departure by approx. 19:00.
As our cleaning staff also need time to prepare the apartments for our next guests, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Late check Outs are possible depending on the booking situation and will be charged at € 50,–
A deposit of € 300,- will be collected in cash on arrival, which will be returned to you on the day of departure after the accommodation has been checked and the keys returned.
In order to avoid cancellation fees, the written notice of cancellation must be received by us at least three weeks before the agreed arrival date.
If you cancel later than three weeks before your arrival, the total price of the booked period will be charged.
The deposit already paid will be deducted from the cancellation invoice.
If you arrive late or depart early, you will be charged the full accommodation price.
Under no circumstances should you do without travel cancellation insurance, as cancellation costs will be charged without exception. We would therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
If you have any questions, we always help you from 9:00 to 13:00. However, if reception is not manned, you are welcome to call us.
The local tax is € 1.80 per person per day.
We ask for your understanding that all apartments are non-smoking accommodation.
Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarette outside. You will find an ashtray on your balcony. Please use it and do not throw away your cigarettes.
For the benefit of all our guests, we unfortunately do not offer apartments with pets. We ask for your understanding!
We also like to celebrate parties, but ask you to strictly adhere to our quiet times between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. out of consideration for the other guests!
